Clear Growth Consulting ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
When you submit a form on our website or a Facebook or Instagram lead form, we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address and business name. If you contact us by email or phone, we also keep a record of that conversation.
We may also collect basic website usage information, such as which pages are visited and what device is used, through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
We use your information to:
- contact you about your enquiry, including calling or emailing you
- send you a free audit or information about our services if relevant
- keep records of our conversations
- improve our website and advertising
We will only send you marketing emails if you have contacted us or asked for them, and every email will include a way to opt out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We only share it with service providers who help us run our business, such as email, website hosting, customer management and advertising platforms (including Meta). These providers may store data on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to make sure they handle your information appropriately.
We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No online system is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing hello@cleargrowthconsulting.com.au. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying "no" to our emails or telling us on a call.
Complaints
If you have a concern about how we've handled your information, email us and we'll respond within 30 days. If you're not satisfied, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
